Workshop Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your participation in one of our workshops. We want to make sure you are aware of our cancellation policy so that you can make an informed decision.

Our workshop cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If you cancel your workshop within 7 days before the workshop date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • If you cancel your workshop between 7 and 2 days before the workshop date, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 days before the workshop date will not be eligible for a refund.

We understand that that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that our cancellation policy allows us to plan and prepare for each workshop, ensuring the best experience for all participants.

Transfer and Substitution

  • If you're unable to attend the workshop, you have the option to transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us at least 1 day before the workshop with the details of the substitute attendee
  • Transferring to a different workshop date is also possible, but please note that it is subject to availability. We want to accommodate your needs as best as we can, but there may be instances where certain dates are fully booked. In such cases, we may need to explore alternative options or discuss any additional fees that may apply.

No- Show Policy

Participants who do not attend the workshop without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
